At Pawzzy Health, customer satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities. Because our products are classified as personal care and hygiene devices, specific return conditions apply.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

After 30 days from delivery, returns, exchanges, or refunds will no longer be accepted.

2. Hygiene & Safety Policy (Strict Condition)

Pawzzy Health devices are personal hygiene products. For health and safety reasons:

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original, sealed packaging

  • All accessories and components must be unopened and unused

  • The product must be in resellable condition

We do not accept returns of:

  • Opened or used ear cleaning devices

  • Opened replacement tips

  • Items showing any signs of insertion, usage, or handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Any returned item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A photo of the packaging with shipping label visible

If verified, we will:

  • Send a free replacement (subject to stock availability), OR

  • Issue a full refund at our discretion

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for unopened and unused products only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable)

We reserve the right to partially refund or deny a refund if returned items do not meet our stated conditions.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may delay resolution and result in additional documentation being provided to the payment processor, including proof of delivery and agreement to our return policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pawzzy Health products are designed for personal ear hygiene use only.

We are not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from improper use

  • Use contrary to provided instructions

  • Use on children without adult supervision

  • Use by individuals with pre-existing ear conditions

Users are responsible for following all safety guidelines provided with the product.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Pawzzy Health products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, hearing loss, or have a pre-existing ear condition, consult a licensed healthcare professional before use.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.
